Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Scrubs

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the prepaid label is fixed to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
